Personal Best Spelling software on CD ROM
Our software is tested to ensure that your copy on CD ROM is functioning properly before it is mailed to you. For this reason, there are few reported problems with the software.
However, if the software on the CD ROM appears to be faulty when you receive it, contact us immediately by email with a description of the problem and we will try to resolve the issue. Most problems spring from an unsuitable choice of screen driver and are usually quickly resolved.
If we decide that a solution is not possible, we will ask you to return the faulty CD ROM to us in good order and on receipt we will immediately issue a replacement. The purchaser is responsible for all freight and packaging costs involved in returning the software.
Please note that once the program is installed and then registered, no refund can be given. To avoid disappointment, before you purchase the software you should discover how it works and what it does. There are two ways of getting this information:

Personal Best Spelling printable version
This one-page printable version is not software. It consists of a set of written instructions and a form you fill in, so you can apply the Old Way/New Way learning process to correcting spelling errors.
Although this printable one-page spelling tutor can correct habitual spelling errors and improve spelling, it cannot and does not possess all the features of the software version.
Once you have downloaded the document there can be no refund because the intellectual property has then been transferred.

Breaking bad spelling habits
Spelling teachers and students try to get it right the first time but invariably end up spending a lot of time trying to correct bad spelling habits that somehow develop. Or, they just give up altogether
